"Your conditions for Dallas"

I get this message out of the blue occasionally "your conditions for Dallas, yada, yada". I have no interest in Dallas weather, although I may have previously looked at it. What's this message, and where can I delete it, please?

@Blucenturion Hi, do you get this as a notification on your mobile device? You should be able to delete the alert in your favorite list of locations.
