      Why is premium so much more expensive in the UK than the US?
      AFAICT, it's $18.99 pa in the US and £18 in the UK. Given that US salaries are approximately twice those in the UK*, that makes it ~twice as expensive? Am I missing something, are there massive import/sales taxes?

      • eg I found as a sample, average teacher salary in US is $58k, in UK it's £30k
