My location is wrong at log on

I wish to tell you that the IP adress is not a good method to get automaticaly the location at logon of a terminal (IN FRANCE) .
In fact, At my migration over the Optic fiber network, they gave me another IP adress witch is based in HYERES FR.
I I run the WHOIS utility on my IP, I find HYERES too. it's a fine place but I live in LEG-CAP-FERRET (FR).
This is not a big issue as I keep my favorite locations in windy for one clic more...
