Issue with app and website

There seems to be an issue with both the app and website where I cannot get forecasts for any location- both stay in the gray screen. Please advise

@derek-schubert We are really sorry about the lack of data in the last hours. It was our mistake, that is fixed now. Unfortunately, there was a failure on the end of one of our servers and also the monitoring failed so it takes time to find the cause and fix it. At this moment, we are taking precautions to prevent this from happening again.
