No data available for forecast

It's been terrible how buggy this application has been for the past several weeks. I pay for premium service only to spend way too much time trying to glean a little insight about the weather forecast locally. Seems once again the satellites over the entire western hemisphere are unavailable on this site. There are other options available so get with the program or I'm going elsewhere.

Hi @Rick-Edwards-3, we are investigating the issue and would like to get more info about it. Since I see that there was no outage of satellite data over the western hemisphere in the last 12 hours, I would like to ask if the issue is related to only satellite data or any other layers.

@Rick-Edwards-3 We are really sorry about the lack of data in the last hours. It was our mistake, that is fixed now. Unfortunately, there was a failure on the end of one of our servers and also the monitoring failed so it takes time to find the cause and fix it. At this moment, we are taking precautions to prevent this from happening again.

@Suty thanks for the response and fixes. Has been working as intended as of late.
Would like to be able to place a location in the cross hairs and tap an overlay in header margin to "forecast for this location" or something like that. -
@Rick-Edwards-3 How exactly do you mean that? I think it should work like that or I didn't understand your request. If you select the location with the cross picker and then tap on the Forecast for this location, then the detail appears.
