What happened? Gray and nothing!

So what happened? Nothing is working. I got this app for the wind and the wind is gone. Just a gray screen with a map. Nothing else no pretty colors no nothing.

@CareyD We are really sorry about the lack of data in the last hours. It was our mistake, that is fixed now. Unfortunately, there was a failure on the end of one of our servers and also the monitoring failed so it takes time to find the cause and fix it. At this moment, we are taking precautions to prevent this from happening again.

Experiencing the same issue - grey background with outlined map, but no layers - no matter which one I pick.
Seeing this with:- Windy app (v26.1.4) on iOS 18 ➔ Fixed after upgrading to v47.1.4
- Safari on macOS 15.5 in "normal" browsing mode
- Chrome on macOS 15.5 - both in "normal" and incognito modes
NO issue on:
- Safari (iOS 18)
- Chrome (iOS 18)
- Safari (macOS 15.5) - private browsing
I see a lot of posts on the subject, but no clear solution. I don't have McAfee anti-virus installed and no VPN running.

@FrenchLobster I am experiencing the same issue. My iPhone updated Wednesday and no radar, only gray map with a message telling me to update the app wheel touch anything to do with wind! I updated app and have tried everything! I have been a premium member with this app for years and never had issues before! I could not watch the animations of Melissa and was kind of bummed. I hope they give us something to look at!

Is there a fix to this issue? My app has not been working for at least the last month and I want a refund if its not resolved soon.

I would appreciate an update before I submit a cancellation and refund.
