How do i speak to someone about billing ?

I recently got billed for a year of Windy Premium. I had forgot it as i havent used for nearly a year. I attempted to log in when i discovered that i the account is linked to an old work email address that got deleted it. Now i have to delete the account and stop the billing. Who can i speak to about this?
