Upgraded to premium but only 10 day forecast and no euro AIFS

I am in the US. I upgraded my account to premium but I still see a 10 day forecast and have no access to EURO AIFS. Is this normal? What is the benefit of premium then?

The AIFS is only available in the local forecast as an extension of ECMWF (IFS), not as a map.
