@ineos-innovation
Hi,
Please could you share a screenshot showing what you mean and tell us if you use the browser version or the mobile app. -
@idefix37
Yeah, srry
low internet, thought it uploaded -
Thanks.
I think the problem is that your route crosses the antimeridian. This can give an incorrect display.I managed to plot a similar route with consistent wind strength and direction.
An idea could be basically to plot a first route up to 179°W and another one from 179°E.

Oh, okay, I see
i will try your advice, hope it will help
thanks a lot for your help -
@ineos-innovation
By the way did you import the route in the Route planner or did you plotted it directly on your screen ? -
@idefix37
It is imported route -
@idefix37
changed route, same thing
hehe
what can it be... -
@ineos-innovation
I see.
I remember I had more problem with imported route crossing the antemeridian than when plotting it at screen.- You could try just for a test to plot a route approximately directly on your screen from your waypoint 1 to your waypoint 5 without intermediate waypoint to see if it work more correctly.
- Try to plot a route up to a way point just before crossing longitude 180°.
I guess on Ineos Innovation you have a broadband access to internet. So you would get a better forecast by splitting the route. 9 days is a bit long for weather forecasting.

@idefix37
Just plotted route
and seems that this is a reason
now animation looks same as the forecast below
it would take a quite to plot all of the waypoints manually rather than uploading a file)
but, it is what it is
many thanks -
@ineos-innovation
You could try to import your file and then just delete all waypoints beyond the antimeridian (in Settings you can display the lat lon grid to see the 180° meridian).
You can easily delete a waypoint. Select it and click on the small cross.Then do the same with way points before antimeridian for the second half of the passage but changing the Start date.

@idefix37 oh, yeah, thanks one again
