Differentiating the days in forecasts.

The vertical borders separating the days on forecasts are nearly invisible, very light gray on white. Why not make them black SO THEY CAN BE SEEEN?

@bd1 We can discuss it with colleagues, but there is no plan to change this, since there is no huge feedback with this change.
