Pressures listed on models don't match nhc

Looking at Milton. Pressure is 911mb....but looking at the European model just updated shows a base pressure of like 980....I also when to the settings and checked the pressures of the different models and they seem way out of touch. Any idea why?

The explanation is the same as the discrepancy between the winds predicted by weather models for a tropical cyclone and those by NHC
