@Brandon-Wright Hi, you mentioned Chrome vs. Edge. Does that mean that you have the problem only in one of these browsers? Can you please share further info? Do you have that issue on private/anonymous window as well?

@Suty Hi - Edge seems to work fine, and Chrome generally isn't working (even in incognito/private). Sometimes (maybe once a day) I'm able to have these layers load in my Chrome tab, but then if I refresh the tab I get the error message again.

@Suty Apologies for the delay - yes, I use a VPN (Cisco) and that seems to be the culprit.

Hi - I am having an issue on my PC where I get this error message and some layers (rain accumulation, wind accumulation, precip type, etc) cannot be selected. It sounds like a browser-specific issue rather than a data problem, especially since Edge works fine and satellite/radar layers load normally. Chrome updates or extensions sometimes break certain map layers, so disabling extensions or trying an incognito window might help. I’ve seen similar issues fixed after a Chrome update or by turning off hardware acceleration.
