      I just paid for the Premium subscription and it says I can log in on up to 5 different devices.... but it is not allowing me to log into my 2nd phone line. Help please πŸ˜€

        Do you log in all your devices with the same account, same email?

          @idefix37 I did not have the app on my other phone and just downloaded it... then tried to log in with the info from my main phone [where I signed up for Premium] thinking it would log it in the same way. So, I'm not thinking that any other login info would be preventing it since I just put it on the phone? But i am honestly pretty tech-stupid πŸ˜†

                  @idefix37 Thank you.... I kind of thought they would both work too but I'm obviously doing something wrong. I loaded the app to the 2nd phone and tried to log in with the email and password from my 1st phone. It won't accept it. I'm not sure WHAT I've done incorrectly but I know that I DID do something wrong lol. Not sure where to go for help. 😞

                      @idefix37 i truly appreciate your assistance!!! We've been following Hurricane Milton and we love Windy... which is why we decided to pay for the Premium services..... now I've just gotta figure out how it all works. πŸ˜† Thank you again!!!

                        @scareycat69 Go to settings then apps and find Windy. Give all the permissions , set them to allow. Force stop the app, try to log again. If that doesn’t work, restart the phone and try to log in again.

                          @dobrigoran Thank you very much!! We did what you suggested and somehow discovered that the password I THOUGHT i set was apparently not it.... we reset the password and now it works on both devices. My brain wasn't getting it but my husband understood and figured it out lol πŸ˜†.... Thank you again!!
