Satellite images should prefetch both +1hr and -1hr

Hello!

Recently I was viewing archived satellite images and I got annoyed at how it fetched the images. When I decide to start at 00hrs and seek forward it would only fetch at hourly intervals that I passed. However, the fetch would contain data both for the new hour but also at almost minutely intervals for the passed hour. This gets annoying since I need to more or less go from the future and step backwards to fetch all the images to then seek forward.

Current behaviour:

At time T it fetches imagery from T to T-60min

Proposed change:

At time T it should fetch imagery from T-60min to T+60min to allow fluid seeking both backward and forward.

I would be extremly happy if this were to be implemented/fixed!
