how to test your plugin? (test the examples for a newbie)

Hello,

I'm very new to plugin development. I would like to know how to test the examples of the windy-plugin-templates on windy.com?

My localhost server is running and displays the plugin code. I don't get how you actually get this on windy.com '"Examples are served at https://localhost:9999/example01/plugin.js so you can you can tweak them and test them yourself at Windy.com."
