US cold fronts

@cmarin73 People ask for this a lot but no one seems to hear the reason for not implementing them on a global scale.

1. fronts are analyzed and drawn by meteorologists.
2. fronts that are drawn by Computers are still analyzed and fixed by meteorologists.
3. Windy doesn't staff a team of meteorologists to drawn fronts.

My opinion, as a meteorologist, is Windy should NOT implement global scale Computer drawn fronts. It always ends up providing weird and nonsensical fronts. And personally, I'd rather see no fronts drawn than nonsensical fronts drawn - all that leads to is confusion.

@cmarin73 I am a meteorologist and I agree entirely with @Wheats. The general public evidently does not realize the time-consuming analysis that goes into producing front maps that are of acceptable quality.
