          Hi there,
          Please issue a refund for my unused amount of time. I don't know where an invoice would be. I purchased Windy on my phone and forgot to cancel within the time period for the trial. I have cancelled the subscription on my apple account, but I did not get a refund for unused time. I am quite upset about havimg so much trouble getting a refund. My email is cyndi.davis33@gmail.com. I cancelled on the apple ap but still no refund. It show it as Expiring on October 3, 2025. I do not want this app umtil then and would like to cancel. I am going to report to my bank soon and the better business bureau as you have no phone number to call and cancel and that is rediculous.
          Please give me a refund and cancel this ASAP.

            @Cyndi31 Hi, You are probably contacting the wrong company.
            We are Windy.com (with a red logo), and our subscription is called Windy Premium, not “Windy PRO.”
            Our Premium service costs €18.99 (or equivalent price in local currency) and we don't offer any trial. However, if you purchase the subscription in AppStore, you still need to request the refund from them, since they don't allow companies to manage their purchases.
