Struggling to renew my Premium subscription

Help! My Premium subscription recently failed to automatically renew -- A few months earlier, I lost the credit card I had put on file with you. When my Windy Premium renewal came around, because I had failed to update my Windy account with the new card, the auto-renew naturally didn't go through.
The PROBLEM: your renewal software automatically takes me to my Apple Subscriptions page which no longer lists Windy as one of my subscriptions. Bottom line: I can't find any other way to renew my Premium account. Any thoughts? What am I missing? I'm stuck...

@Steener HI, I see in our database that you have blocked subscription in your AppStore and it will be automatically cancelled in a few days, if you don't change probably the payment method.

Hmm... I may be looking in the wrong place (iPhone 15), but I'm not seeing that on my end. On my subscriptions page, which your website also automatically takes me to in this process, Windy is not even listed anymore. And that's my problem -- a can't renew because I can't even see it (as active or inactive). Based on your answer, I researched how to unblock a subscription in my AppStore, but I get nowhere on that path either. -
@Steener Could be possible that you used a different AppleID?
