I would like to purchase a premium subscription, but it appears something that has been asked for repeatedly is still unavailable.

I will consider a purchase worth it if and only if a native dark theme for the forecast panel, and for other Windy UI elements for web and mobile that currently have a white background, is made available. It is 2024 and I expect developers not to ask me to hurt my eyes.

      Thank you.

I'm just going to bump this. It's less than a day of work for a single UI developer; it's one point in your planning poker; it's something I could and would happily do for you if your project were open source.

But I guess I have to beg you to want to take my money, instead.

@SagittariusLupus Most browsers have a dt switch or plugin, affecting UI & forum.

@SagittariusLupus Hi, at this moment it is not planned since the dark mode limits us in color ranges for our forecast details and other features.

@Suty False. No, it doesn't; and this is still the reason you don't get a subscription from me. Blue is as blue on a black background as it is on a white background. If you want to actually introduce color theory and talk about the difference in value between blue and black, then you already know there are perceptual spectra you can drop in as replacements for the ones you're using.

This is a solved problem and you're telling me it's not.
