What is the black bar that appears on my iphone? It appears every time I sign on.

@tjrmiller Hi, we are investigating this issue, but we are not able to replicate it. Do you know any details that could help us to find the problem? I mean when did it start, or if you did anything specific to initiate it, etc.

@Suty I have the same issue. It started around a week to 10 days ago and is really quite annoying. Is this something that has been put in place for non premium users?

@R-Robinson Not at all, it is most probably related to issue with the new onboarding system for new users, but we are still investigating potential causes.

@Suty I have the same issue. It's been happening for quite a while now but not when I open the app on my iPhone 12 - ios 17.7.1. It happens when I go to the "Pinned" menu and open something like "Radar". It doesn't happen every time but it happens a LOT! I've been a Premium user for some time now so I shouldn't have anything to do with being a new user. And the bar doesn't move with the map luckily or it would always block the desired viewing area

@Behrfeet Hi, colleagues already found the cause and it should be fixed in version 44, which is now in the testing phase.
