Request to Use IP and PORT for API Requests

My posts keep getting rejected.
I am using the Windy API and I'm receiving data properly. It works well in the testing environment, but in the production environment, I cannot access the internet internally. I need to configure the firewall, and it does not work with the domain. Currently, I need the IP and PORT. I understand there is a possibility of changes, but for now, I have no other options. Could you provide the IP and PORT information? If you cannot provide them, please let me know that as well, so I can come up with alternative solutions.
I would like to make requests to the Windy API at https://api.windy.com/api/point-forecast/v2 using its IP and PORT instead of the domain.

@CHOEUN-LEE Hi, unfortunately, we are not able to manage this for you with our infrastructure. Only the domain is possible and nothing else.
