Wrong home location creating incorrect subscription price

In October 2023, I paid for a Premium package. At the time, I was visiting South Africa (I live in Hawaii). My billing comes up for renewal soon. I noticed on FastSpring that my location is South Africa. As such, a 15% VAT for South Africa was charged in addition to the $18.99 (just noticing this). I changed my location back to the United States/Hawaii. Yet the amount I'll be charged for the Premium package annual renewal still shows the 15% VAT charge. How can I get this matter resolved.
