为啥我设置好了通知我天气预报，但是收不到任何信息

Windy does not send weather predictions but "Alerts" are notified when the your weather conditions are predicted to occur.
To receive Alerts you must set only one parameter because if you combine e.g. wind, temperature and rain… the probability to get an alert is very low. That would mean you want your wind condition AND your temperature condition AND your rain condition are met at same time.
And do not forget to save your setting at bottom of page.If you want to set several Alerts at a location, there is a workaround: you need to set several independent alerts close to your spot :
