Where's the iDeal-payment option??

Hi, I want to subscribe to the annual plan. I am located in The Netherlands and according to Fastspring (https://developer.fastspring.com/docs/payment-methods-accepted-by-fastspring) I should be able to pay through iDeal, but I only see options for CC, Paypal and Google.
So how can I pay with iDeal?Thx

P.S. And why is the amount via the website €18,99 and via the app €25,99 per year??

Thx, but I didn't RTFM:
€18,99 is only when you sign up for an automated recurring payment. Apparently, the iOS app/Apple doesn't allow automated recurring payments. -
Still, my initial question remains without answer till now:
How/where can I pay for the €18,99 recurring option with iDeal?

Never mind. I re-read the info on https://developer.fastspring.com/docs/payment-methods-accepted-by-fastspring and there's no recurring option when using iDeal.
