Rain and snowfall accumulation measurement units don't change with setting

When measurement units are changed to inches for rain and snowfall in settings, that change is not reflected on the forecast screen, and display persists in cm. This seems to affect both the browser app (tested in Chrome and Firefox), as well as the Android App.
