For Brazil - NMET and the military have websites where they make weather radar available for free such as:

I see that in Windy there are no active radars of Portugal (3), do you know the reason?

I see that you guys got the Dominican Republic radar data. I wonder how can I get it to, does anybody have the link? It’s for a homework. 👀

@Filip_K well I’ve seen this web before. But I can’t just take the raw data to play with it and/or display it in any other platform, can I? 🤷🏻♂️

No, I am not aware of any source of raw data for Dominican republic, but it might be just my lack of knowledge (:
You can try to contact IDAC and ask them for the data: https://www.idac.gob.do/es/contactos/
