I think what you guys are doing is great. I don't know the answer to your question for Costa Rica (where I live) but here is the contact of the Costa Rican national weather service. Maybe once they understand what you are doing they can explain what they can do to help.

Costa Rica - Instituto Meteorológico Nacional
                    San José, Costa Rica
                    Barrio Aranjuez, Avenida 9 y Calle 17.

Hi Guys - Amazing work on the site. I use it regularly for aviation here in New Zealand.

The MetService in NZ is a govt body which provides open access to various meteorological data including radar (on request):
                          https://about.metservice.com/our-company/about-this-site/open-access-data/

                          Cheers!

For Romania, it seems that the data is free, but it's rather difficult to access because it has to be requested from each weather station and there are a lot. Also, the results are text-based, but I don't think it would be hard to use a website crawler to gather and index all the data. Unfortunately, there is no English version of the website.

                                        try this:
                                        https://www1.pagasa.dost.gov.ph/

ur site was very useful for us flight dispatchers here in the Philippines.

                                        Keep up and more power.

@theradarguy Looking forward to the implementation. :-)
Showing the range is a really great idea too, as we don't have full coverage of rural Canada. Then we switch to satellite clouds for making assumptions on the rain in those areas.
