Cape - how do you find the wet adiabatic rate
-
I’m trying to find the wet adiabatic lapse rate when I press sounding. I’m only getting the dew point and temperature. Also why are there no elevation markings on the right side of the sounding.
Thanks.

@rkulik2023 You must mouse over or press on mobile app to see the plot of your lifted parcel.
When you mouse over the sounding it will identify height and wind speed/direction at that point.
It will also plot your lifted parcel.- from the surface, first your parcel follows the dry adiabat (dashed green line), once the LCL is reached and the parcel is saturated it follows the wet adiabat (also dashed green line).
If you click the "skew-T" switch it will show you a skew-t diagram that has all of the identifying lines on the graph. Not sure why it defaults to this blank looking thermo ish diagram lol.
As far as I can tell, neither diagram labels the actual values of the lines, aside from Temperature and Height on the thermo and Temperature and Pressure on the skew-t.
Hope that helps!
