After purchasing premium membership and setting up alerts to be notified via my mobile number, I've still not received a single message/alert on my phone or email for heavy rain or storms. We've had 1 large hail storm, cocopius heavy rain and multiple storms & not one alert. Im unable to find a contact address on windy app or phone to request this be fixed but all I can find is this chat to ask other members for assistance. Maybe the paid staff are too busy to assist paying customers. I will certainly not be renewing my membership & instead should have signed up with Higgins Storm chasers as they let their members know when and what sort of weather to expect.
