<![CDATA[Forecast time ("Play") slider: fixed vs local time]]>Forecast time slider doesn't refer to local time as one moves around the globe. Would it be possible to choose between TIME_FIXED and TIME_LOCAL as one changes location on the globe?

As soon as you click on a location you get the local time.
