Regarding Wave and Swell

Wave and swell seem quite off compared to say surfline or magic seaweed and in person i see a variance as well. Am i reading this wrong if it says wave at 5 feet but in real person its maybe 2. Is it just wrong or do i have bad setting ?

If you expect any comment from Windy, that would be useful to say precisely where you observed these wrong forecasts.
