Swell Forecast

There are 3 different options for swell forecasts, could you please advise the difference
I am sailing and would like to know which is most appropriate
I will sail across the Indian Ocean in January from Phuket to Maldives, which forecast should I be looking at

@idefix37 I have Starlink so I will have connection. I use iPad and iPhone when looking at Windy forecasts
