Features Still not corrected.

The bar at the top of the Forecast Chart we pull down to the bottom of the screen, has an VERY thin horizontal bar at the top. It is acrobatics trying to keep a Mouse Pointer on it and move it.
In early days it was moveable through keyboard cursor,.
In fact it would be much easier to have this feature. Once this Window is Open, all we would have to do would be to move the cursor left or right to navigate through every hour or every day of forecast items.
I have reported this before. never received a reply never saw any change.Thank you for all the work.
