a bit awkward locations in the map

Hello,

Lauko Soda (population only 117) it is small a village near Telšiai (pop. 22261). So instead of showing Lauko Soda it should show Telšiai in this level (Telšiai is a center of local district).

Same with Zibalai (pop 128). Should be Širvintos (pop. 5802). :)

@luksud Hi, you are right about this and we are aware of certain small cities in the world that are displayed and some larger ones are not. However, there is a certain system for displaying these cities equally around the map and it won't be changed now.
