I guess these are the boats that support the UNESCO meteorological program with drifting buoys, weather stations…
You can check the list of these boats and compare with the boats with this kind of duck.

This a great plugin I've really enjoyed using it! However it now seems to have disappeared and no longer shows in the available plugins. Has it been taken down or is there an issue with my PC?

It is still in the list of plugins, but the name has been changed.

We know the problem your excellent plugin is encountering because of the VG staff decision. This has been explained but in different threads than this one, there are several on the Vendée Globe. Fortunately the latest version of your plugin can be loaded manually now.
