Weather Animation Not Working for Imported GPX Tracks in Route Planner

When importing a GPX track into the Route Planner, the weather overlay no longer animates over time along the route. Previously, the animation worked, allowing weather data to update dynamically as the timeline progressed. Now, the weather remains static, limiting the tool's usefulness for planning.

Is this a known issue, or has this functionality been removed?
