Recently watched a video of someone talking about this pluging inside windy. This allows windy to track boats playing on this game.
I cant find it. Do you have to be premium? Do you need to download a newest version of windy?

Hi,
No, it does not allows to track the virtual boats from Virtual Regatta in Windy.
The video you are probably talking about shows a routing of a virtual boat in GPX format. Then this file is imported in Windy. This is not a boat tracking. There is no Virtual Regatta plugin. -
