Windy Layer on Google Maps

I have a requirement to add a wind layer on my Google Maps view in my Angular App. I am struggling from a few days now to find a way to integrate windy like wind layer on my google map, where I switch from satellite view to wind layer.

Can I get a helping hand here please? It will be much appreciated.
