Renewal Issue

My subscription shows as due to expire in about a week, but when I select 'renew subscription' my account shows as cancelled and I am unable to renew because it is 'not an active account' ??

@George-e1c0171a-cb17-4d90-9d0f-2c14c1d3e9f6 Hi, I see you have cancelled subscription purchased via Google Play account, so you should be able to manage it there. However, if it is not possible to handle this, you can purchase a new one after the end of this one.

I have a strange renewal issue.... It says my account is "Premium" and that: "Your subscription ends in:
209 days 4h 2m 47s
But it also says: "Your Windy Premium subscription is currently canceled and will not be renewed automatically. Renew the subscription to keep all its benefits."
Whats happening...?

@H0BBES It looks like you have cancelled auto-renewal, so your Premium is active but it will end automatically in 209 days.

@Suty Yep... What happened is I changed Apple App store accounts and II will renew on my new App Store ID. :-)

Hi @Suty, still having a problem here. Premium now expired. When I try to upgrade again, I get ....
"Cannot get any information about available products. Please ensure you are logged in with your Google account on the Google Play."
And I am logged in bothbtomgoogle and Windy? -
@George-e1c0171a-cb17-4d90-9d0f-2c14c1d3e9f6 Hi, is it possible for you to purchase the Premium in our browser version on the desktop? You can do it on windy.com/subscription
We use a different provider for the subscription management there.
