Premium working on phone not on desky

Hello,
I have a regular premium subscription made through the app store.
Everything was working properly till my subscription got renewed.
I’m still able to use Windy premium on my iPhone without problem but when logging in via desktop the system says it doesn’t recognize email or password.I can I fix it?
