This is because it shows the wind on the map at start time.
You need to click on the table at this waypoint (#40) to see the forecast weather on the map when the boat will be at this location. The weather will change between start and reaching this waypoint. -
@idefix37 Ok so the table at the bottom only shows the weather of the route at the time of departure. And it does not change with the movement of time. Because I have put the time on point 40.

No, the table at the bottom shows the forecast weather along the route.
It is the map which shows the weather at start time in your example.
To see the weather map at same time as one time step in the table you have to click on this time step in the table and you will see the small grey panel as displyed below.
