Cross-platform logins

I've enjoyed our Windy account for years, and have appreciated that it's allowed to be accessed by multiple concurrent platforms. Issue I'm running into now is that I've just installed the app on our boat's Raymarine MFD, and I am unable to log in to Windy from that platform. The device is using the most current system OS , as well as the only available Lighthouse app from Raymarine . Is a separate subscription required to use the application on this platform, or is it simply that login is not supported from it?
