Your wind map is at surface level, when atmospheric rivers are at higher levels in the atmosphere. I think it is a front as there is a big change of the wind direction.
The Met Office seems to confirm my hypothesis.

It is confirmed in Windy by a rough change of airmass temperature at 850 hPa level.

w/customized temperature color scale

You can check the temperature at this level in Winter (North Hemisphere) for warm and cold front only. In the hotter conditions, it would be necessary to look at Equivalent Potential Temperature at this level. But in Windy this parameter is not available.
Is there an atmospheric river along this front ? I don’t know.

Are these indications of a possible atmospheric river?
Several of us have been asking for it for years, but it currently does not exist on Windy.
