How can i cancel free trial before payment occurs

Hello. I downloaded your 7 day free trial on 01 Dec 2024. My northern lights tour didn't occur due to weather issues. so i would like to cancel the free trial prior to payment happening on 08 dec 2024. There are no links in the app or on the website to do this. Can you please assist to cancel my free trial today ?

@mvb1966 Hi, you should be able to cancel the trial plan directly in the AppStore in your subscriptions.

Yes AppStore should allow me to cancel but there is no link or button to do so. I tried all solutions before coming to this forum.
Are u able to use my email address and Order ID to cancel it for me please ?

@mvb1966 Unfortunately, I am not able to manage this on our end, since AppStore doesn't allow us to handle their purchases. I would like to help you, but you need to contact them.
