I would like to modify the temperature/sea temerature colour gradient but I can not click the save button to apply the colour gradient. I am using the app on an Iphone.

I just did a test with the iPhone. Despite the fact that it does not seem to apply the color change, checking the layer you see that the change is applied

I can not get it to work on the desktop version either. Please see attached image. My custom temperature colour gradient does not match what is being displayed.

How come you have 2 colors (yellow and orange) with the same temperature (26°)? Yellow should correspond to 25°.

But why do you say it does not work ?
How should the temperature map look like?

My custom colour gradient should be reflected in the temperature overlay. It is not. It appears the default colour gradient is based on min and max temperatures at a global scale. I would like to visualise the temperture overlay at a smaller spatial scale where the temperature range is less. I have therefore changed the colour gradient to cover a smaller temperature range however it is not being applied in the temperature map.

I see you want to get a map showing temperature differences degree by degree. It does not work because in Windy all color steps are smoothed. So it is a discrete color scale i.e. non-smoothed that you need.
It is explained in the last paragraph of my post
In your case it will necessary to have the following temperature steps
                    …
                    21
                    21,9
                    22
                    22,9
                    23
                    23,9
                    24
                    24,9
                    …
If you need more help, just let me know.
