      First off love the service, but I'm no longer flying and don't require premium. card was charged only like 3 days ago. Who can i contact?

          Refund required. I too require a refund. Having returned to this app' after the awful unnecessary GUI facelift of mid 2023; I thought it had begun moving in the right direction again and resubscribed (8 October 2024~2025). However this app' will no longer function on either my Android mobile or Samsung Android tablet. @Veracis.

              @Veracis Unfortunately, we provide a refund within 14 days after the purchase, so this is not possible.

                To request a refund for your Windy Premium subscription, contact their support team directly with your subscription details. If purchased through an app store, you can request a refund via the platform’s support page.

                    @Veracis that’s probably the reason. It’s too old,if would be painful to support such an old version of Android.

                        Dear Windy team,
                        I think Windy is great, but the premium features are not worth the extra €25 per year to me.
                        I am happy to continue using the free version of Windy!
                        Therefore, I would like to ask if it would be possible to get a refund for my Windy Premium subscription. I purchased Windy Premium on July 3 (as an annual subscription for €25).

                              My subscription expires today 7/13/25 and I want to cancel it since I don't need it anymore. But, Paypal just notified me they had paid the ~$25 through the next year.
                              I just cancelled it on line, but have been doing research on how to get a refund without any success.
                              Can anyone help me?
