Unable to get FastSpring email to update expired payment method

Greetings. My Premium membership is about to expire and I've been notified that my payment method for renewal has expired. I need to update the information and have tried unsuccessfully to get the email by FastSpring to do so. Under my profile icon I select My Subscription and get the pop-up explaining that my subscription will be expiring soon. I click Fix payment methods, which brings me to a new tab @ windy.onfastspring.com/acount, where I enter the email address associated with my Premium account and click Continue. The page refreshes and I get a message stating an email was sent with instructions for accessing your account. I've done this several times over the past few days and have never received an email. I've checked spam/junk. It is not there either. I even went into my profile on windy.com and changed my email to a gmail.com account. That verification email I received and I was able to make that change. So I tried the process to change my payment method with that email as well. Still no email received from FastSpring to do so. I'm stuck and my membership is about to expire. I'm using the latest version of Chrome. Please help, or fix whatever is wrong.

@PilotMelch Hi, you purchased the Premium via our third-party subscription management tool, Fastspring, with email address jo*******ert@omnavaviation.com, so you should use that account.
