Notifications and Email Alerts Not Working

I am experiencing an issue where:

1. Daily mobile notifications are not being sent.

2. Alert notifications are not appearing.

3. Email alerts are also not being received.

I have already checked the notification settings on my device and in the app, and everything seems correctly configured. Could you please investigate this issue and provide a solution?
