      @OldNavyWife54 When you open App store,under subscriptions, check if winy is one of them and click cancel.

        @OldNavyWife54 Hi, I checked your account and you have purchased the Premium via AppStore, so then you need to handle that there and we can't help you with that. I am sorry about that but Apple doesn't allow us to manage their payments.

          So how do I cancel if I joined online?
          I like the product but don't use it often enough to stay a premium member.

              Please cancel my subscription its not showing in the app or the play store. Delete my card dwtails in your system and cancel the auto renewal. I never use the app for ages

                                @OldNavyWife54 These people are shams!! I did not sign up for this to auto renew! I was charged for a LOT! My Apple ID isn’t supposed to have access to might bank account as well!
