Got charged twice for purchasing the premium subscription

I thought my payment was unsuccessful at first so I decided to reprocess my payment and after my second process of my payment then it was successful. When I checked my payment later on my PayPal account got charged twice. Why do you allow multiple subscriptions in one account? Can I avail a refund? Thank you

@Harrald-Rivera Hello there, we are aware of this issue on the end of Fastspring, when a customer uses Paypal for the payment. However, I already refunded one of these purchases for you.
